What was the path that led you to The Caedmon School?

I studied Sociology at Franklin & Marshall College in PA and I had worked during the summer for some non-profits that worked with young people (Ubuntu Pathways and Right To Play). Both of these NGOs worked to help young people in their counties get clean water, hygiene etc... I enjoyed working there and realized that I wanted to work in the educational field. 

What inspired you to become a teacher?

I loved many of my teachers growing up and also, particularly in college, had many connections with my professors. I also enjoying nurturing others, and was lucky to grow up with a very nurturing family. 

What is it about Caedmon that excites you to come to school each morning?

The excitement the children have to learn, explore and experience the classroom.

Each day is different which I also like, no two days are the same - so this definitely keeps things interesting.

I also love working with my team of Joyce and Nick. All of the faculty at Caedmon are excellent. 

What is your favorite Caedmon memory?

I don't think I could pick a single moment, I have loved my time at Caedmon thus far!

Could you tell us a little bit about yourself? (2-3 sentences)

I am the oldest of three girls and am 27 years old, soon to be 28. I love exercising (Peloton!) and cooking/baking and being with friends. I love finding new places to go out to eat, love talking about food in general. I love reality TV (everyone knows this already though) and enjoy traveling to new places and exploring through adventures.

Not sure about this one...
