Registration for Summer Camp 2025 will Open December 1st!
Our programs facility is right in the middle of the greatest city in the world, and we take full advantage of the many attractions available to entice, engage, and expand the horizons of naturally curious children.
From the top of Manhattan’s Empire State Building to the depths of Coney Island’s Aquarium, from the Bronx Zoo to the Queens Hall of Science, our groups will participate in age-appropriate trips and activities guided by experienced Caedmon teachers and other talented specialists.
Our groups are divided by age, which determines the number of trips, and the types of programs offered each week. All trips take place Mondays through Thursdays, with Fridays reserved for an in-house all-camp specials event.
The "Staten Island Frogs" is the youngest group at Discovery Camp. We offer a full-day and half-day program; each day is packed with fun and educational activities, including art, music, movement, courtyard play, theater games, and water play twice a week. In addition, we have special events on Wednesdays and Fridays that captivate and enthrall every camper.

When campers are not on a trip, they will have a full complement of fun activities in Caedmon’s four-story building. Highly skilled counselors will guide them in swimming, arts and crafts, movement, music, science, tennis, and of course, sports and games in the outdoor courtyard. The three youngest groups will also have water-play 2-3 times per week.
