As the first Montessori school in New York City, Caedmon’s tried and true methods encourage children to discover who they are in an environment that values care and empathy.

Matthew Stuart has served as Caedmon’s Head of School since 2012, coming from an extensive background in independent school leadership at all different division levels. Having been at Caedmon for 12 years, Matthew is passionate in talking about the Caedmon Experience through his eyes as he’s watched children grow and learn during his tenure.
