The Search Process

In the spring of 2024, Matthew Stuart announced to the Caedmon Board of Trustees that 2024-2025 would be his last year as Head of School. To assist the Board of Trustees on their search for Caedmon's next Head, they have partnered with RG175, a group of search consultants who work exclusively with independent and international school leadership. This search process will be led by Ellanor (Bodie) Bryzendine and Arlyce Seibert, who will work closely with the Board, as well as with a Search Committee comprised of various members of our Caedmon community, as we proceed with finding and hiring our school's next Head.
