Offered as a weekly after-school club activity, The Caedmon Chorus is open to elementary children grades 3-5 who love to sing or wish to explore the exciting world of choral music. The group is comprised of two sections, which meet weekly from 3:30-4:40 pm Mondays and Wednesdays respectively. Throughout the year, The Caedmon Chorus performs holiday and spring repertoire in local venues such as Lenox Hill Neighborhood House and The 80th Residence. In addition, The Caedmon Chorus is a frequent guest at alumni events, fundraisers, as well as student and parent assemblies. This past year, choristers had the privilege of performing at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, as part of the American Young Voices concert.
