Giving Week

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to those who contributed during the first ever Annual Fund Giving Week and, of course, to all who have contributed to the Annual Fund thus far.

Donations from Giving Week have placed us half-way to our overall Annual Fund goal of $400,000. We are ahead by $100,000 from this time last year!

We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful, giving community- one that gives back in so many ways, be it time, talent or monetary contributions.

Thank you.

Working with the Development Committee opened my eyes to how much Caedmon relies on the Annual Fund and giving each year to keep the lights on.  We hope you will join us in supporting our school and the children we love so much by contributing to the Annual Fund.

We all want the best for our children. That is why we have chosen a private school and Caedmon specifically. We recognize that it is costly to run the school and to continue to strengthen it every year both physically and through enhanced programming. Both of us were excited to contribute financially to this cause after we learned that the donations that are solicited annually are used for many purposes, including helping to cover tuition for students in need; ensuring that classrooms are expanded in order to guarantee that the school remains safe, comfortable, and nurturing; and allowing Caedmon to add educational field trips to the curriculum. We know that donating helps build the right kind of environment, one in which the community and, most importantly, our children will thrive!

Contributing to Caedmon is our way of saying thank you to a school that gratefully embraced our family in its community and gave our daughters such a wonderful education.

We volunteer and give because Caedmon is a community we are all proud and excited to be a part of. We are grateful this is the place our children spend most of their time outside of home.

At Caedmon our kids learn love of educational growth and curiosity. Caedmon provides the unique environment for individualized learning and ultimately academic confidence. We donate our time and money because we believe our efforts contribute to helping the school reach these remarkable goals. And it is fun!

I really enjoy volunteering for Caedmon’s Family Association – not only because it’s a great way to connect with other Caedmon parents, but also because it shows our children the importance of giving back to our community.

We volunteer our time at Caedmon because we feel at home in Caedmon’s community of faculty and families, and we want to foster its strong ties. The Annual Fund is a priority for us because the Fund opens up opportunities at the school and provides experiences for its students that our time alone can not.

I truly love volunteering at Caedmon, as it allows me to make positive contributions and connections with both the school and my community. In addition, my daughters have enjoyed seeing me at Caedmon and appreciate my involvement in their education.

We contribute because we believe in Caedmon’s mission, its community, and the truly remarkable young people it produces.  The teachers, families, students, and alumni we’ve met have been fantastic!  They seem so kind, intelligent, and utterly prepared to take on the world.  Every time we meet an upper level student or alumnus, it validates our Caedmon choice, and we become more convinced that is exactly how we hope our child turns out.  We plan to do what we can to keep that magic going.

Our way of thanking Caedmon’s dedicated community of teachers, administrators and staff is by supporting the school, through donations to the Annual Fund and other fundraising initiatives and by spending time helping out at school events.  It’s important to us to show our appreciation to them for guiding our children on a daily basis, and for instilling in Caedmon students a strong moral compass and sense of community.  We know that getting support from families helps to ensure that Caedmon’s mission and special community will continue to thrive well into the future!

Volunteering at the Caedmon school in a range of capacities, that include classroom sharer to Trustee member, has been a rewarding experience. I have had opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations with faculty, staff, and families which has been instrumental in providing me with insight into the various ways in which Caedmon is intentional about savoring the childhood of M & M and their fellow schoolmates, while offering a robust learning environment that nurtures intellectual risk taking.
